Return Policy

If you’re not head over heels with your reusable paper towels, you can return the product(s) to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. For sanitary reasons, we can’t accept used paper towels.

Please email hello@earthlyco.ca with the following details: 

1. Name 
2. Order number 
3. Product you are returning 
4. Reason for the return 

We will reply to you with the address for the return. Once we receive it, you’ll get a full refund.
