Return Policy

Not head over heels with your purchase? You can return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To start a return, please email returns@earthlyco.ca with:

• Your name
• Order number
• Product(s) you’d like to return
• Reason for the return

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage for non-defective returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price of the eligible item(s) to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email returns@earthlyco.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue before sending anything back. We’ll review it and provide the appropriate next steps.
